We provide a phone booking service Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 7am-6pm. On Saturday, the phone booking service will be available 7am to 1pm.  If you need a staff member out of these hours, you are welcome to use the website or alternatively email us.

The above does not apply to Locum Dentist and Hygienist requests.  Please allow up to 48 hours for us to organise a replacement.  Our Dentists and Hygienists are self employed and therefore it takes just that little bit of extra time in sourcing the right candidate depending on their availability.
